- 1). Install the free media player from Real.com. Capture videos by holding your cursor over them until the "Download This Video" button appears. Click the button to begin downloading.
- 2). Download the Freecoder browser add-on for Internet Explorer and Firefox. Click the "YouTube Video Downloader" icon to download videos from blogs and save them to your hard drive in a variety of formats.
- 3). Copy and paste the web address of the video you want to download into the URL box at ClipNabber.com. Click "Nab!" to start your download. Choose from among several file formats and select your download destination.
