- 1). Click "OK" on the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test Scores homepage to agree to the user agreement.
- 2). Fill in the "Identity Verification" form with your Social Security number, last name and testing center.
- 3). Click "Submit" to retrieve your AFOQT scores.
