Product Review: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Here is the new product review of Cetaphil Gentle Skin cleanser. After using Physiogel for several months, I changed to the Cetaphil cleanser because I heard that Cetaphil is recommended when you go to dermatologist.Â
Please note that my skin type is oily and sensitive. I got several acnes on my face. Hope this review can help when you will buy a facial cleanser in the next time.
Product claim: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is great for daily makeup removal. Originally formulated for dermatologists, this cleanser is gentle on your skin and sensitive to your skin's needs.
Cetaphil® Gentle Skin Cleanser will not strip the skin of natural protective oils or emollients, or disturb the skin's natural pH balance. Recommended for years by dermatologists, it is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is gentle enough for children, teens and adults.
Product review (my own comment) :

Product review (my own comment) :
- Cetaphil is the soft & gentle cleanser and does not over dry my face same as Physiogel. However, Cetaphil does not have bad smell like Physiogel.
- In the same amount, Cetaphil has more expensive price than Physiogel but the former is more available in drugstore or supermarket. You can even buy via online stores.
- According to the product claim about removing the makeup, I don't agree about that. It's OK to wash your face with Cetaphil if you don't apply much makeup such as pressed or loose powder. But if you wear the concealer, base or primer or foundation, I don't recommend you to clean face with Cetaphil only. According to my friend's test, it took time and amount of Cetaphil cleanser to remove all makeup (concealer or foundation) out of face perfectly.
- As Cetaphil is the gentle, not expensive cleanser which is easy to buy in drugstore, can remove oil & dirt and doesn't dry my face after washing, I also suggest Cetaphil as your cleanser choice.
Note:
-  If you ask me whether I'll go on buying Cetaphil, I'm not sure because Cetaphil is more expensive than Physiogel but the effect of both cleanser are not different.  However, it's more comfortable to buy Cetaphil in US and via online stores like Amazon or Drugstore.
- I still insist that Cetaphil cleanser can remove oil & dirt which is one of causes of acne but there are another factor such as hormone, stress or nutrition. So you should take care of yourself, too.Â
