In reality, your world, the world you live in, is created by and coloured by what I like to call rules, held deep within your subconscious mind. You might think the world is a wicked place, or alternatively you might think the world is a wonderful place, its your view and yours alone. Your beliefs are a result of what YOU have been exposed to in the past. And its this exposure which creates YOUR rule books about everything; your perceptions of love, hate, friends and foes, good and bad. From external stimuli and our perceptions of reality, our thoughts are formed and our thoughts precede our actions and our emotions, good or bad, positive or negative, happy or sad, confident or anxious!
