- 1). Click "Start," "Programs" and "Zone Labs." Right click on "Uninstall Zone Labs Security" folder then click "Properties."
- 2). Look for "C:/Program Files/Zone Labs/ZoneAlarm/zauinst.exe" under "Target." In the command line add a space after "zauinst.exe" and type "/clean" so it should look like "C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauinst.exe /clean." Click "OK" to save the changes.
- 3). Click "Start," "Programs," "Zone Labs" and click "Uninstall Zone Labs Security." Click "OK" and if any security alerts come up click "OK." Click "Yes" when it prompts you to remove all files.
- 4). Click "Start," the arrow next to "Shutdown" and select "Restart." Right click on the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop and click "Empty Recycle Bin."
