Today’s Frontier is classified as a mid-size pickup, while the 1987 model was considered a compact. It’s easy to see the size difference here. By the way, the 1987 model belongs to the Killeen household, and we are the original owners. The truck still plays a valuable role in the family as the trash hauler, Christmas-tree fetcher, and loaner vehicle to friends in transit. Not a day goes by when someone doesn’t ask to buy it.
