Its water park, with wave pool and sandy bottom lagoon, is popular with families. An 11-acre water playground with sandy beaches and a wave pool got an expansion in 2007, doubling the amount of beach chairs and adding a three-story, air conditioned casino with glass windows overlooking the beach.
