Tactic Public Relations Services and Training Libya

We work with corporations, government agencies and other organisations to create communication campaigns that help achieve their business and organisational goals. For corporations this often means building corporate and brand reputation to influence customers, business partners and regulators to improve business performance and sales. For government agencies this often means communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are understood, valued and effective. In both cases it means ensuring managers and employees understand what the priorities are and work together to achieve them.Our office in Tripoli is staffed by Ms. Gihan El Gamoudi (Communication Consultant) supported by a team specializing in public relations, media relations, corporate communications, marketing communications, government communications and issues management.

We provide the strategic input and creative and tactical support needed to help our clients proactively manage their communications to achieve their ambitions. We believe this will be essential as a more open and competitive economy that is established as the Libyan society evolves with these changes.

Tactic Communications is different to other communication agencies in Libya. We bring together the corporate communications, public affairs and public relations expertise of our joint venture affiliates Aspect Consulting (with offices in Brussels, London, Paris and Qatar) and the marketing and advertising expertise of International Marketing and Advertising Group (IMAG), with offices in Malta and Libya. IMAG has been a leading provider of marketing and advertising services for Libya since 2005. The combination creates a full service communications agency at a crucial time in the development of the Libyan economy.

It is our vision to be the first choice communication and public relations service partner in Libya by providing clients with the insight, expertise and commitment they need to act on their priorities and achieve their goals.

We are focused 100% on our clients' goals and bring a deep understanding of what it takes to communicate effectively in Libya to achieve these goals. We help clients navigate the complexities of communicating in Libya, develop winning strategies and then execute their strategies effectively.Gihan El Gamoudi

Gihan brings to Tactic Communications several yearsEUR(TM) experience from AECOM Libya and Qatar Airways where she was responsible for providing marketing, public and customer communications services. GihanEUR(TM)s previous roles included media analysis, market intelligence gathering and developing awareness building activities and events. Gihan has experience of working with government departments, general management, marketing communication and sales teams.

Gihan is a Libyan national and holds a bachelorEUR(TM)s degree in French language from Tripoli University. Gihan has also studied in the UK and is fluent in Arabic, French and English.

Martin Light

Tactic Communications draws upon the resources and expertise of Aspect Consulting and this is coordinated by Martin who has over 20 years' corporate communications experience with leading international consulting firms and in-house with the corporate communication team of Visa Europe. He is a director of Aspect Consulting based in Brussels where he has worked with many leading companies on communication issues ranging from corporate rebranding and mergers and acquisitions to culture programs and CSR initiatives.

Martin is a British national and holds a degree from the University of Wales and an MBA from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium.

James Hunt

James Hunt is a Founding Partner of Aspect. Before launching Aspect in 2004, he held senior positions at three of the major global communications networks, namely BSMG / Weber Shandwick, Ketchum, and Hill & Knowlton, where he was Managing Director, International Corporate Communications.

James has worked on many high profile corporate issues, including Shell and Brent Spar, McDonalds and BSE. He has devised national, global media and corporate reputation-raising campaigns for major US and European multinationals, and driven issue-based and political campaigns. He has managed M&A communications internally and externally and recently acted as advisor to the board of a life sciences and materials sciences multinational undergoing strategic change.

In addition to client work James is setting up Aspect's office in Qatar. With over 20 years experience, James understands how communications is an essential business discipline that is key to achieving organisational objectives and business growth.
