A relationship is known to have its ups and downs and marriage is not an exception.
It has its good times and bad times.
The good times is when the spouses enjoy the time they spend together and the bad times are when they think they are no longer comfortable with each other and they think the best way out is breakdown the marriage.
Use of dialogue is very important at this level, where no spouse sees the other as being worthy to spend the time with, but it's only good when things are done rationally with open mindedness.
You can try to discuss with your partners how you marriage all this time to him/her has been and if he/she still appreciates the time that you spend together.
Do this over a few days and see if you can be able to resolve the issues.
If both of you think that you cannot be able to stay with each other, try to talk about the good memories you have shared and the good times in which you have spent with each other.
Through this you will be able to find things that you may think you would want to enjoy them again and again.
You can then review the bad things, even though it might not be a pleasant moment but through this you will be able to determine those things that you see are not worthy and how you can avoid them to save your marriage.
The main aim of doing this is to determine if your marriage is worth salvaging, remember if the bad things out weigh the good things then as nature predicts it is not a good relationship and you have to do something about it.
But dialogue is known to resolve issues amicably and in fact you may find qualities that you never knew you had and you can now begin capitalizing on them.
Even though your marriage might seem to be over at this time, you can be able to resolve the issues amicably and then continue to enjoy your life.
