I have recently reviewed the Vacuum Erection Devices on the market.
These products are generally sold for the treatment of impotence in men.
Upfront I would like to say that this is truly a medical product not a "Penis Enlargement Device.
" Medical products such as these are usually covered by Medicare and sometimes are covered by private insurance.
The first device is Erecaid made by Osbon and sold by TIMM Medical Technologies.
This product was bulky to handle and I could not achieve enough vacuum to get a good erection at first.
After a few minutes it did seem to work okay.
The launching of the ring system was somewhat awkward but also uncomfortable.
The device only comes with 4 ring sizes that's a negative.
I was able to maintain an erection for close to 15 minutes.
The biggest drawback is the price approximately $365 for the manual unit.
The battery powered was even more.
The second device is the Pos-T-Vac unit.
This unit is very similar to the Erecaid device.
However the price was more $465.
That was just for the manual unit.
The battery powered is even more.
The Third device is the Encore Revive System.
This device seemed to be far and away the best of the three.
First you get seven different size rings.
This is key.
The odds of finding the right size that works are better.
Second, the unit itself seemed to be sturdier and much easier to use, especially the ring launching system.
It is a patented system and works very easily.
Now for the best part- the price.
The combo unit, which includes both manual and battery powered sells for about $125 plus shipping.
In summary, all the units tested worked adequately and achieve what they are supposed to do.
However, the Encore unit seems to be the best value.
The other positive thing is that if your over 65 and are covered by Medicare then you can have the Encore product with no out of pocket expense.
