Instructions:
Start out by making a headband using craft foam. The headband should be about 2" wide and long enough to fit around your head with a 1" overlap. Cut out one large triangle about 6" wide x 10" tall. Traditional colors for a wizard's hat would be dark blue, dark purple, or even black but you can make your hat any color you like.
Glue the triangle along the top edge of the headband. Add yellow or white star and moon shapes to the hat using shapes cut out of craft foam or with dimensional paint.
