Depression is a kind of dangerous disease which has high rate of suicide; it has a huge damage both on peoples psychology and physical, so how to resist it is an important question for most people who ever suffered from it. In the recent researches, people found that some foods have a great effect on depression. Now, we will introduce 3 kinds of food which useful for resist depression and foods that will cause depression, hope it will be useful for you.
1.Food which is good for resist depression
The first food is grapefruit; it is a common food and has a good effect on resist depression. Grapefruits can purify the complex thoughts, refreshing peoples minds. It is rich of vitamin c, can not only maintain the concentration of red blood cells, but can also increase peoples resistance for ill. Moreover, it is one of the most important constituent of producing dopamine, adrenaline and other exciting substance. The second food is Pumpkin, it also be the cheap trims in our dinner table, because a lot of people dont like its taste, so in the daily life, people always makes it as pumpkin pie. The researchers said that pumpkin can make good mood, because they are rich in vitamin B6 and iron, these two kinds of nutrients can help the body turn blood sugar which stored in our body into glucose, glucose is the only fuel for peoples brain, and can help people to keep great energy. The third food is cherry; the related study shows that cherry contains a material called anthocyanin, it can reduce the inflammation disease, and the experts believe that eating 20 cherries is more effective than eat aspirin, so it can help us resist depression in an indirect way. You can find that the tree kinds of foods have a common trait that is they have a bright color. Such as the loose sequins dress can makes people feel exciting and cheerful, the bright color foods can also give the positive imagination to people. If you are resisting depression, you should better go to the super market and choose some bright color foods which can makes you happy.
2.Foods which can make you feel depression.
There also have three kinds of foods which could lead depression. When you feel down, youd better not eat these three foods. The first food is Coffee, Coffee is very popular among the office lady, but the experts said that Coffee can cause anxiety if you drink it more than two cups a day. The second food is desserts, ignore that it can cause fat and being derided by others. These kinds of foods can cause too much insulin to our bodies, because the surplus sugar in our bodies will lead fatigue and cachexia, if you are desserts loves, you will feel depression all the time. By the way, a variety of sugar substitutes can also induce depressive mood. The third food is the red meat, such as beef, pork and lamb. This may make many people feel confused, because they think the good taste can make them feel happy. But the experts points that these kinds of foods are not easy to be digested, and they can produce the toxic substance in the intestinal tract, these materials are very easy to cause depression.
So, foods is very important in our life, because it not only has a great effect on peoples body but on peoples mood .Resisting depression is a long and difficult war for people , we should defeat it in the details in life.
