This market is untapped and very cheap to get into and easy to make money with a few tips.
1.
Buy Used - Many mobile homes that are older sell for less than $2,000.
Buying these is a pretty risk free investment since you can only lose $2,000.
The upside is tremendous though since I have bought mobile homes for under a $1,000 and sold them for up to $10,000 each.
No one is buying older these homes which leaves a huge untapped market for you.

Rehab Cheap - It is not uncommon to find a fixer upper for $500 and only patch the roof with a few shingles and pitch, replace the carpets, and paint the interior.
Total cost less than $500 if you know what your doing.
Repairing mobile homes is much cheaper than a house since there is a lot less space to fix.

Lease/Option - Do not just rent out the home since lease/options will allow you to get all your money invested out from the beginning.
You require the tenant to put down anywhere from $1000-$2,500 for the option to buy the home within 2 years and pay rent as well.
In addition to the tenant now responsible for repairs, they take much better care of it.
You get all your money back, a steady rent, and a huge pay off if they buy the mobile home since you have inflated the sales price.
If the tenant cannot or does not buy the home in two years they must leave and you can resell the property a second time.
Making money from this method does work since I have done it myself.
